Aspire Health Plan, a nonprofit organization supported by Montage Health and Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System, received four stars from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for its Medicare Advantage 2022 plan.
CMS annually rates Medicare Advantage plans based on a star rating system and each plan receives an overall rating based on five categories:

- Customer service
Aspire Health Plan’s customer service team received five stars for member satisfaction based on the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey metrics.

Aspire Health Plan offers Monterey County’s only Medicare Advantage individual health plans.
