ELGIN, Texas (Austin Business Journal) – Two builders – a longtime player in the area and a newcomer to Central Texas – are partnership on a massive new housing estate just south of the small town of Elgin with the help of a local developer.
Century Communities Inc. of Colorado and Plano-based Green Brick Partners Inc., which was named Fortune Magazine’s fastest-growing public home builder in 2021, recently purchased approximately 383 acres in the offshore jurisdiction of the town they plan to turn into a community called Trinity Ranch. This is Green Brick’s first project in the Austin area, which it will complete under its Trophy Signature Homes brand.
This is another great neighborhood around Austin. The Austin Business Journal reported on a 2,200-home development in Buda, a 2,500-home development near the Tesla Gigafactory near Del Valle, and hundreds of million-dollar homes near Driftwood. .
